Most of the items have flat rate shipping fee, as noted on the website. Flat shipping, Free shipping or any other promotional shipping rates are valid for continental US only. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other remote locations or high-cost delivery areas(like Manhattan in New York City and Islands) and international orders additional shipping charges may apply.
For items marked as "Call for Shipping" shipping charges are calculated based on a combination of the products purchased, address destination and shipment methods while taking into account any applicable promotional shipping offers.
HomeThangs makes every effort to ship all products in the fastest and least expensive method available (expedited shipping methods are available for an additional cost upon request).

In order to receive a replacement or a full refund, the LTL Freight Delivery Instructions have to be followed carefully.
LTL Freight Delivery Instructions
Please make sure you can be reached at the phone number you have provided with the order. The shipping carrier will contact you to schedule delivery time. The driver will NOT deliver the item if nobody answered the phone. If shipping carrier is not able to reach you for 2 days, the item will be taken back to the warehouse and redelivery fee will apply in addition to your shipping charge.
Please be sure to inspect the outside box of all boxes and NOTE any damages/ shortage on the delivery receipt (driver's copy) before driver left. We could replace or refund item ONLY for shipment with damage/ shortage notations on delivery receipt. The delivery receipt is a binding contract. By signing, you are stating the shipment is complete and no damages inside and out, except as noted. Returns must be placed back in the original packaging to be accepted back.
If you see any kind of visible damage on the box, please be sure to open the box and inspect the item carefully before the driver leaves, sign the receipt only AFTER you have inspected the item.
Even if there is no visible damage to the box, please open the box before the driver leaves anyway, and inspect the outside of the item, especially if your order includes mirrors, stone countertops, glass or other fragile materials. Sign the receipt only AFTER you have inspected the item and made sure there is no damage.
If the item is damaged or it is NOT the item you ordered, do NOT accept the delivery, and the freight company will take the damaged item back.
If you do accept a damaged item, you can still qualify for a partial refund, provided the driver?s copy of the delivery receipt has damage/ shortage notations.
Please open the box and inspect the item carefully immediately upon receipt. Concealed damage has to be reported to HomeThangs.com within 2 days from the time of delivery. If for any reason you fail to report the concealed damage within 2 days from the time of receipt, the item is only subject to manufacturer's warranty.
